Finish Line

Life is a race

Where God sets the place
And it’s not to the swift or the strong
Victory belongs to those who  hold on
And keep their eyes on the finish line.

Over mountains so high or

Through valleys so low
Though troubles surround me
Still onward I go
My steps are established
Here I’ll abide
And keep my eyes on the finish line.

I have my eyes on the finish line
I won’t look to the left or the right
For Victory belongs to  those who hold on
And keep their eyes on the finish line.
